Public Transport – Bus and Train
The Chatswood Interchange is home to both trains and buses travelling in and out of Chatswood, and is the best place to start your Vivid Sydney at Chatswood experience. Visitors to the Chatswood light walk will start at Chatswood Interchange, with displays continuing at Chatswood Mall, Westfield Chatswood, Chatswood Chase and The Concourse.
- By Train - The T1 North Shore & Northern Line has regular services to the city, and Hornsby via Macquarie University. Services run at regular intervals until after midnight including Sundays.
- By Bus - Due to road closures throughout the festival, a number of services that normally travel down Victoria Avenue will be diverted from 7pm-10.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 5pm-10.30pm on Saturdays and Sunday 12 June. Signage will be installed at all affected stops directing people to the nearest alternative. For detailed public transport information visit vividsydney.com/transport or phone 131 500.
The Vivid Sydney at Chatswood light walk is fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams. Plan your trip in the early part of the week and in the early evening when there’s more room to move around.
