Japan Club of Sydney presents the 'Matsuri Japan Festival', which celebrates diversity and multicultural community spirit. It is a one day free annual event for everyone. The Matsuri Japan Festival provides various Japanese cultural information through out the event. There are many stage performances, such as dances, musical bands, choir, martial arts demonstration etc. There are plenty of Japanese food stalls to satisfy visitor's taste buds. Visitors can learn more about Japanese culture at hands-on cultural workshops for calligraphy, origami paper folding, tea ceremony and flower arrangement.
