Paul Mason is an Australian guitarist, composer and performer of Wiradjuri and convict heritage, with family roots across the Southern Highlands and South Coast of New South Wales.
He is known for his solo work and decade long tenure with Jessica Mauboy, as a founding member of Battlesnake, and for collaborations with artists including Sting, Harry Connick Jr., Christine Anu, Kate Miller-Heidke and James Morrison.
Paul was a finalist in the National Jazz Awards at Wangaratta Festival of Jazz & Blues and received a scholarship from James Morrison at the Generations in Jazz festival while still in high school. His acclaimed tribute production Paul Mason Plays the Music of Jeff Beck has sold out venues nationally, including performances at Factory Theatre and the Adelaide International Guitar Festival. In 2025, Paul headlined the Melbourne Guitar Show and Girrakool Music Festival.
