About the MOSAIC Tai Chi Group
The MOSAIC Tai Chi Group is led by instructor Ms. Ma Yanhong, who has been teaching in the community for over twenty years. The team is composed mainly of senior members who practice tai chi quan and tai chi sword through a gradual and supportive training approach. Regular practice helps improve balance, flexibility and overall well-being.
The group has also participated in various community events and cultural celebrations, showcasing the calm strength and graceful spirit of tai chi while promoting a healthy and harmonious lifestyle.
