Participants will create native Australian animals using air-dry clay while exploring storytelling, observation, and creativity.
They will reference the show THREADLINES and see if they can spot animal tracks in the works and learn how the native Australian animals operate in an ecosystem.
Participants will learn simple hand-building techniques and use their sculptures to contribute to a collaborative story inspired by the Australian environment.

Drawing from lived experiences including major health challenges, surgeries and motherhood, her practice is deeply rooted in connection, ancestry, story-telling and the lived female experience. Working across acrylic, oil, sand, natural woven materials in canvas and recently ceramics, Jasmine embraces every stage of the creation process. Passionate about the power of art to connect people and spaces, she creates works that invite reflection, beauty and emotional connection.
