Ganache Patisserie
Heart of the Castlecrag community
‘Support Local means investing in people's relationships and creating memories with people around your area. It goes far beyond spending money. Yes, we sell great coffee and beautiful pastries, but we're part of the community here and we just want to celebrate people.’ – Vianney Rouille, Director, Ganache Patisserie.
For over 25 years, Ganache Patisserie has served as a welcoming meeting point in Castlecrag where neighbours greet each other, catch up over fresh coffee and share daily moments. When Vianney Rouille and pastry chef Johann Malin took over the patisserie in January 2026, preserving this rich community bond became their top priority.
Whether hosting street-wide community events or remembering regular customers' orders, Vianney and Johann demonstrate how local small businesses bring strength, identity and warmth to local centres.
