Festival Eats were served up by SBS Food

Lunar New Year attendees ate their way around Chatswood, discovering hidden local haunts and revered foodie favorites along the way. Feasts of traditional dishes, new flavors, and delicious desserts recommended by respected food writer Lee Tran Lam were on the menu.

Chatswood is synonymous with world-class Asian food so where better to gather with friends and family to celebrate 2024's Lunar New Year? Whether people wanted to dine in, grab a cheap bite, have a family feast, or pick up a take away to enjoy at home, their taste buds were sure to be set alight.

Participating restaurants had a Festival Eats red sticker on their windows to encourage people to try new delicacies and expand their culinary horizons. Even the food influencer Adrian was discovering Lunar New Year delicacies in Chatswood.
