1. Pulled pork Burger at Chimichurri

1/6 Help St, Chatswood NSW 2067

The Argentine mountain ranges are filled with fresh air and fresh ingredients, common themes for any travellers who go there. However, if Argentina isn’t on your travel list any time soon, there’s still a chance to get your flavour fix in Chatswood! Chimichurri sauce is made up of a combination of aromatic fresh herbs such as shallots, garlic, parsley, oregano, and olive oil. Mixed, it is a wonderful condiment to any meat. This glorious pulled pork burger from Chimichuri Cafe will blow you away with his flavoursome pork, aromatic chimichurri mayo and crunchy slaw. The chimichurri mayo balances the meaty flavours of the pork whilst the caramelised onions and melted cheese add lovely rich notes to wrap the whole affair together.
