Come along to the gallery for the launch the of this digitally drawn humorous take on the Old White Man theme, buy a copy for yourself or as a quirky gift and get it signed by the artist.
Ideas, planning, concepts and sketchbooks Q&A
11:30am to 12:15pm, Sunday 20 July
The rarely displayed and very personal working sketchbooks will be available to see and peruse at the gallery during this Q&A session.
Music in the Realm of Old White Man
11am to 12pm, Saturday 26 July
Each work was created to its own curated soundtrack. Before each work was started the music was carefully chosen for its atmosphere and the responsive physical movement it would cause. During this session I will reveal and play the music associated with selected works in the exhibition.
Witness an Old White Man being created
2pm to 3pm, Sunday 27 July
A small mixed media work will be created in the gallery with the same materials used to create the major work in the exhibition, the In the Realm of Old White Man 'paper mural'. As the work is created the materials and their use will be explained.
Informal closing and farewell to Old White Man
1pm to 4pm, Sunday 3 August
Nibbles and drinks and bring an Old White Man with you or some Old White Man anecdotes.
