Following a sell-out show at The Lounge in 2025, do not miss this electrifying evening of jazz with one of Australia’s greatest musical showmen, the legendary multi-instrumentalist James Morrison.  

Joined on stage by the acclaimed vocalist Darren Percival, who rose to national fame with the first season of The Voice, this special performance reunites two Australian jazz icons whose long-standing musical partnership began when Morrison discovered Percival in the late 1980s. Frequently touring and performing together as part of Morrison’s quartet, their collaboration showcases Morrison’s dazzling trumpet virtuosity alongside Percival’s powerful, expressive vocals — a meeting of two extraordinary talents at the heart of the Australian jazz scene. 

Morrison and Percival will perform a versatile jazz and blues repertoire, from classic standards to Brazilian sambas, supported by William and Harry Morrison on guitar and bass and Patrick Danao on drums. Combining Morrison's undeniable multi-instrumental skills and Percival's soulful and powerful voice, this extraordinary line-up promises a stirring experience for the jazz lover and a sensational performance to remember.
