As part of the Lunar New Year Celebration Day, festivities will be on the following days:

Saturday 21 February 2026 -10am to 9pm
Sunday 22 February 2026 - 10am to 6pm

Our signature Lantern Parade will be held on Saturday 21 February 2026 with the meeting time being at 6pm. The kick off will be from 7pm to 8pm.

Starting from Hercules Street, the parade will walk through Victoria Avenue, passing our stalls, and finish at Charlotte Lane.

Spectators, make sure to pick the best spots on Victoria Avenue to catch all the colourful groups, dancers, floats and vehicles passing by. With hundreds of parade participants, it's a sight not to be missed.

The procession bursts with dynamic colours, striking costumes and entertainment that brings together the diverse Willoughby community. It's a celebration of our strengths through sport, culture, the arts and the environment.

The parade is a great experience for participants and onlookers alike with performances from drummers, dancers, musicians and theatre companies. These groups, as well as sporting and community services groups, use the parade to promote themselves as it weaves through Chatswood.

Parade applications will close on Friday 6 February 2026
